Rafael Serradura é arquitecto e urbanista com carreira internacional, responsável por mais de 550 projectos em 10 países. Com mais de 50 prémios internacionais, a sua trajectória começou em 2009, ao vencer o seu primeiro prémio em artes plásticas. Rafael actua em Arquitectura, Design Estratégico, Design de Interiores, Moda e Produtos, colaborando com marcas de renome. Liderou projectos certificados internacionalmente, como LEED Platinum, Sites e Acqua, abrangendo diversos sectores, desde lojas a edifícios residenciais e corporativos.
Em 2024, lançou o livro A Criatividade Disruptiva Promove Cor ao Cinza da Solidão, uma obra que explora o poder transformador da criatividade. Desde 2020, Rafael ampliou o seu core business com a criação da EZ47, actuando em 6 núcleos e 47 segmentos baseados em ecossistemas corporativos, incluindo um núcleo focado em Criatividade Disruptiva.
Os outros núcleos são fortalecidos pela sua sólida base académica internacional, com 15 certificações no mercado financeiro, voltadas para Fundos Imobiliários, e 14 especializações, incluindo uma no MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). Esta formação expandiu a sua inserção no mercado digital, acompanhada pelo início do MBA Executivo em Gestão Internacional no Programa Atlântico, focado nos países lusófonos, pela Católica Porto Business School.
Em 2023, Rafael também se aventurou na arte digital, consolidando a sua presença na Europa com mais de 120 obras lançadas em plataformas globais.

Rafael works in Architecture, Strategic Design, Interior Design, Fashion, and Product Design, collaborating with renowned brands. He has led internationally certified projects, such as LEED Platinum, Sites, and Acqua, covering a range of sectors from retail spaces to residential and corporate buildings.
In 2024, he published the book Disruptive Creativity Brings Colour to the Grey of Solitude, a work that explores the transformative power of creativity. Since 2020, Rafael has expanded his core business with the creation of EZ47, working in 6 hubs and 47 segments based on corporate ecosystems, including one hub focused on Disruptive Creativity.
The other hubs are strengthened by his solid international academic background, which includes 15 certifications in financial markets, focused on Real Estate Investment Funds, and 14 specialisations, including one at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). This education expanded his entry into the digital market, alongside the start of his Executive MBA in International Management through the Atlantic Programme, focused on Portuguese-speaking countries, at Católica Porto Business School.
